Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

Users can cancel their service requests by contacting our support team. However, cancellations are only possible before the service has been initiated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors where services could not be delivered. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Refund Process

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5-7 working days as per bank norms.

4. No-Refund Cases

Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or for chit fund distributions once finalized.
